Kundalini energy activation IS GENERALLY NOT SUITABLE for people who currently have or have had in the past, any sort of mental instability, such as (but not limited to) mania, delusion, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis or any other sort of unstable mental state and woman in pregnancy. People with mild to moderate depression or anxiety often find some relief with repeated kundalini energy activation sessions, but this is neither predictable nor guaranteed. The use of psycho-active plant medicine such as ayahuasca/kambo/bufo, drugs or alcohol in combination with this session is NOT ADVISED.
