AKA In person Group Session - KRANJ

Kundalini Activation is a direct life force energy transmission that activates the Kundalini awakening process.  

This is a natural energy transmission, not a wilful or self-generating process. It is the path of surrender, remembrance and transformation.  

It is a safe and natural process that is neither Kundalini Yoga nor Kundalini Breathwork.  

This is pure life-force energy that has incredible intelligence and will do exactly what your system needs at the moment in time.  

The total duration of the session will be 2 hours. First, I'll give a bit more detailed information about the transmission and share potential experiences that you might be having. Then, we'll go into the transmission, which lasts for 1 hour.  

RECOMMENDATIONS:  

- Don't eat anything heavy 2 - 3 hrs before the session 

- Wear comfortable clothes and no jewelry 

- You can use a sleep mask to cover your eyes and help you drop deeper within. You will need to keep your eyes closed for the whole transmission.
